Why the components produced in the countries of European Union and in the United States are found in Russian missiles?<\/strong> Because the western imperialism\u2019s policy never consisted in inflicting a decisive defeat on Russia.<\/p>\n

After URSS\u2019s colapse and the capitalism restoration, especially during the years of Putin\u2019s government, the imperialist countries collaborated closely with Russia, getting access to enormous resources, especially oil and gas. At the same time, Russia maintened its political and military influence over the post-soviet space, supporting local dictatorships and pro-Russian elites. Imperialism was glad to use Putinism to penetrate in these countries and subordinate them economically.<\/p>\n

It was exactly that the essence of the relationships between imperialism and Putin\u2019s regime: partnership relations over a quarter of a century. Putin opened Russia to the colonization by world capital and, at the same time, helped imperialism to maintain the neighboring countries under control.<\/p>\n

Over that collaboration also grew Putin\u2019s imperial appetite, who started to imagine himself capable to restore the Russian Empire and resubmit Eurasian peoples. Among all those territories, Ukraine occupies a central place. Without controlling Ukraine,\u00a0 \u201cPutin\u2019s empire\u201d is impossible. Without Ukraine, Russia becomes a simple semi-colony, losing its especial position in the relations with the world imperialism.<\/p>\n

In 2014, the Ukrainian Revolution overthrew pro-Russia president Yanuk\u00f3vitch. Ukrainian people stated: \u201cEnough being a Russian appendix, we want our own place in the European Continent!\u201d.<\/p>\n

Putin\u2019s answer was brutal: Crimea\u2019s occupation and the sending of proxy troops to Donbass. But, equally firm was Ukrainian people\u2019s answer. Thousands of volunteers, inspired by the revolution, became the new Ukrainian Army base, that detained the Russian occupiers in Donbass. Instead of restoring the empire, Putin obtained only around 10% of the Ukrainian territory, where a significant part of the population ran away from Kremlin\u2019s dictatorship.<\/p>\n

But, with Putin\u2019s plans failure, it also started to ruin the old world order. The Ukrainian Revolution encouraged peoples in Europe, especially Eastern Europe. And Putin\u2019s agression aroused concerns in European and North American imperialisms.<\/p>\n

They fear Putin\u2019s victory and a strengthening of his military power as much as his defeat, because Putin\u2019s regime collapse could take to an uncontrollable advance of a democratic Revolution in a nuclear power.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why imperialism applies the \u201cneither victory, nor defeat\u201d policy. That\u2019s why weapons are delivered to Ukraine in small doses. That\u2019s why Putin\u2019s regime goes on receiving entries of oil and gas. That\u2019s why economic ties with Russia were never completely broken. That\u2019s why the war becomes a war of attrition. And that\u2019s why Russia goes on producing assassin missiles thanks to European and North American components.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why the responsability reverts to imperialism, that during 25 years fed Putin\u2019s regime and now doesn\u2019t want to bury its bloody partner definitely.<\/p>\n

We can\u2019t forget that Putin\u2019s regime, enriched thanks to his privileged relations with the West, deeply corrupted the European Union apparatus and their national governments. Its symbol continues to be figures like Gerhard Schr\u00f6eder, former head of German Social Democracy converted into a Russian interests\u2019 lobbyst.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why it\u2019s no wonder that either a part of the left-wing or a part of the right-wing in West support or justify Putin\u2019s agression.<\/p>\n

What does it mean to the revolutionaries and to the working class?<\/strong><\/p>\n

That demonstrates the total impotence and the historical indecision of the world imperialism. Trump is incapable to end the war, that disturbs his own plans of economic subordination both of Russia and Ukraine. The European elites haven\u2019t known what to do with Putin\u2019s regime for more than ten years. The Russian oligarchs ask for recipes and dream about the end of the war, but they don\u2019t dare overthrow the dictator. And even Putin himself can\u2019t stop the war not even at a defeat\u2019s cost, because the end of that war would mean the end of his regime too.<\/p>\n

The Bourgeois elites led the Eurasian peoples to a bloody dead end and are incapable to find a way out.<\/p>\n

And only the Ukrainian Revolution logic can point another way: the way of a persistant struggle, armed and massive of a people for their own existence.<\/p>\n

And in the center of that resistance is the most advanced deployment: the Ukrainian working class. Despite Zelensky\u2019s corrupted and pro-imperialist government, despite the lack of a revolucionary marxist leadership, thousands of workers, factory workers and activists, overcoming enormous difficulties daily, persistently destroy one of the most counterrevolutionary apparatus of our time: the putinism.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why, for all those who aspire to build a revolutionary party, it\u2019s important to join this resistance and this Revolution. Only around this Revolution \u2013 the most profound and most powerful of our times \u2013 it will be possible to reconstruct The Four International and solve the main historical task of the humanity.<\/p>\n
